Will Of The People was created in Los Angeles and London and is influenced by the increasing uncertainty and instability in the world.
《人民意志》是在洛杉磯與倫敦創作出來的，受到世界的不確定性及不穩定性所啟發。

A pandemic, new wars in Europe, massive protests & riots, and attempted insurrection, Western democracy wavering, rising authoritarianism, wildfires and natural disaters and the destabilization of the global order all informed Will Of The People.
影響《人民意志》的內容包含傳染病、歐洲戰事、大型抗議、暴動、與試圖叛亂、動搖的西方民主、新興威權、野火等自然災害、以及全球的不穩定。

It has been a worrying and scary time for all of us as the Western empire and the natural world, which have cradled us for so long are genuinely threatened.
對所有人、西方帝國、以及這個世界，這些孕育我們的環境目前都正在面臨威脅、而這段期間也帶給我們更多的緊張與懼怕。

This album is a personal navigation through those fears and preparation for what comes next.
